Situated in Nuriootpa, SA, this plant is treating up to 50 ML p.a of high strength, high salt wastewater from tartrate recovery processes.

JJC operates this plant for Tarac. The plant includes:

• 7.5 ML Covered Anaerobic Lagoon (CAL),
• 4 ML Settling CAL
• 1.5ML lagoon based Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)
• Microfiltration/Reverse Osmosis facilities for producing Boiler Feed Water.
• Sludge handling plant.
